Due to the fact that we are an e-commerce business, we do not currently offer a physical location to see our items in-person.

However, rest assured as we do offer a '14-day after delivery' return policy. If for some reason you do not like the item once it's arrived, simply maintain it's 'as new condition' and send it back to us.

The only thing you'd be responsible for would be the return shipping, and we'd refund you for the original amount of your order as soon as we receive it back.

Unfortunately, we do not offer express shipping due to the size of the scooter and to control the quality of the delivery.

We can ship our scooters and accessories within the mainland United States to the 48 contiguous States that excludes Alaska and Hawaii.

You are able to cancel at any time before your order ships. Once processed and shipped, you are subject to shipping return fees. 

Our scooters are sold for recreational use. In general, you will not need to register your scooter but we do recommend calling your local county DMV office and inquiring with them, keeping in mind the maximum speed, motor size, and type of braking system available on the specific scooter you are considering.

They are located along side the back frame of the scooter. 

FatBear scooters are not waterproof, meaning that they cannot be submerged in water or used in overly wet conditions. While they are resistant to rain and light splashes, they will not function properly if they get a good soaking. This is because the electrical components within the scooter will short out and can potentially cause harm to the rider and the scooter itself.

While it is possible to modify the scooter, we strongly advise against any modifications as it will void the manufacturer's warranty. 

That battery size will determine the number of miles per charge you can get.

- 12AH Battery will get you 12 miles per charge

- 20AH Battery will get you 20 miles per charge

- 30AH Battery will get you 30 miles per charge.

We recommend charging your battery between 4-6 hours at a time to keep its integrity as it is a lithium ion battery.
